The Settings area is where administrators configure the essentials that power day‑to‑day work. It includes:
- Subscription Details: View your current billing period, live usage (people, equipment, SMS), and—on paid plans—your plan name, counters against plan limits, and the Manage Your Subscription link.
- Users: Add and manage Administrators (full access) and Worker logins so employees can view schedules. Choose Save or Save & Invite to email account setup.
- External Systems: Build the master list of third‑party systems and their external identifiers. These become available site‑wide for linking to companies, people, and attainments, enabling one‑click access to outside systems.
