Assign clear roles to each asset so everyone knows who does what. Add the primary role that matches the asset’s job description, then include any secondary roles (for example, First Aid Officer). If you use GO! Site Ready for VoC tracking, be sure to add the relevant VoC role as well.
To assign a role:
- Click the Plus icon next to Roles and start typing to search.
- Select the correct role from the list.
- If the role doesn’t appear, create it first in the Asset Roles section, then return to assign it to the employee.
Tip: Keep role names standardised (e.g., “Maintenance Technician”, not variations) to make reporting and VoC mapping consistent.
