Managing Asset Verification of Competency

    

The Verification of Competency (VoC) section lets you track and update a person’s progress on complex qualifications. This makes it easy to see skill development at a glance and keep records up to date.

This guide covers:

  • Viewing smaller ‘child’ skills within a main qualification
  • Updating skills with dates, competency levels, and logged hours
  • Adding attachments, such as logbook pages, as evidence
  • Watching the progress bar update as you save changes

You can quickly organise and monitor competency, knowing every step is recorded and visible.
