Assigning Jobs via Person Profiles

    

Use the Jobs page in a person’s profile to organise their work schedule. This keeps everyone clear on when and where they are working, reducing confusion and missed shifts.

This guide covers:

  • Adding a new job by clicking the plus icon
  • Entering start date, times, frequency, and days
  • Setting up ongoing or rotating rosters (e.g., day shift one week, night the next)
  • Saving to update the calendar and send a push notification

You can quickly set up or change any staff member’s schedule, keeping your team organised and informed.

💡 Power User Insight: For rotating rosters, use a weekly frequency with an interval of 2 to alternate shifts. The system handles the rest, so you only need to set up each shift once for a seamless, automated roster.
