Creating Equivalent Skills

    

Equivalent skills let you link different qualifications that meet the same requirement. This simplifies compliance and ensures Training Needs Analysis (TNA) reports recognise alternatives.

This guide covers:

  • Opening an existing skill in the Skills Library
  • Navigating to the Equivalent Skills Tab and using the Add Icon
  • Typing in equivalent skill names (must exist in the Skills Library)
  • Adding new skills to the library if needed
  • Saving equivalents to simplify compliance and TNA reporting
